BOOKING PROCESS

I will guide you through every stage of the wedding flower process. Beginning with a consultation all the way through to the Wedding Day.

My floral style is loose, dancing and asymmetrical, to create arrangements that have a natural fluidity for a romantic and wild meadow or country garden feel.

With a drive towards fresh and natural produce, natural touches, such as flowers,  have the ability to transform spaces and help create a special and organically memorable atmosphere. This is why I am conscious and passionate about using seasonal, British and locally grown flowers, where I can carefully select the best blooms to match your vision and that not only match the magic of the season of your wedding, but you as a couple.

INITIAL CONSULTATION

  • Complete the wedding enquiry from

  • Before we meet, I encourage you to start building a Pinterest board or begin compiling a collection of images that you can share with me, including everything you like and don't like, as well as your dress, colour scheme and venue theme. This allows me to build a really clear idea for your ideal wedding flowers.     *Pinterst can get a little overwhelming, so don't feel like you have to spend hours on it or have a huge selection of images. A few should be enough.

  • Join me for a relaxed, friendly chat/ free, no obligation consultation to discuss your vision in more detail.

DESIGN PROPOSAL AND QUOTE

  • Following our meeting, I will draw up a design proposal, including a mood board a swell as personal wedding quotation, which i will email over to you. Your wedding date will be reserved for 14 days from the date I email over the quotation.

  • If you are happy and want to go ahead and confirm, I require a dated and signed copy of the contract and a deposit of 25% of the given budget (non refundable). If not paid by the 14th day the date will become available to other clients.

THE WEDDING

  • Once paid and confirmed, I will spend the following months preparing your flowers for the big day and update you on the progress.

  • Six weeks prior to your wedding I will contact you to go over your final design. This is also your chance to make any minor adjustments.

  • Remaining balance is to be paid in full four weeks before the wedding!

  • A week before the wedding we can discuss the logistics of the big day, such as timings for delivery and set up.
